MECHANICAL PARTS AND VINYL WARRANTY
Under normal use, the vinyl components will not blister, crack, rot, peel, or corrode. Additionally, all mechanical parts, such as locks, balances, and sash ventilation locks, are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Replacement mechanical parts will be provided at no charge.
LABOR WARRANTY
We stand by the quality of our work! All labor required to correct any covered warranty issues will be provided at no additional cost.
INSULATED GLASS WARRANTY
Our insulated glass units (IGUs) are warranted against defects that result in material obstruction of vision caused by film formation due to dust or moisture within the sealed unit. If an IGU fails, we will replace it at absolutely no charge to you.
GLASS BREAKAGE WARRANTY
In the event of accidental glass breakage, The Window Source of Chicago will provide a replacement IGU at no additional cost. Certain exclusions may apply, so feel free to contact us for details.
TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY
This warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner. The original owner must submit a written request for the transfer within 30 days of the property transfer date.
